Beluga Point Site, Alaska// Anniversary Session

Last year, I photographed Paige and Spencer’s elopement at Portage Lake.
We set out hoping for moody clouds and mountains and ended up having full sun and close to 70. 🙈
So, when Paige reached out to me to do an anniversary session for them, we thought yes! Let’s go to Beluga Point at golden hour. We wanted the warm light but Beluga Point almost always has a little breeze, which we were hoping for to add a little extra movement to the photos.

Well, we learned that if you want the opposite weather than what’s at a normal location, bring Spencer and Paige. We got the sun, but there was zero wind. Although, honestly not mad about it.

These two are so dear to me. I’m so thankful for Paige’s friendship and that she found Spencer. They exude happiness and love when you see them together and I am going to miss them when the Army takes them south this summer.

Please enjoy these cuties in the most beautiful landscape of all time!
