Wow I am so ready to show you the photos from this intimate Alaska wedding. It was SUCH a gorgeous day.

Josh & Daryen are from Pennsylvania, and when they started wedding planning they weren’t sure where they wanted to get married. Josh is an avid outdoorsman and mentioned how much he’s always wanted to go to Alaska. So they decided, what the heck!? Why not take our closest friends & family and go get married in Alaska?!!

I loovvee my couples that just do whatever they want for their special day and make it all their own! And Josh & Daryen fit that adventurous couple vibe to a T. They were married at the base of Lazy Mountain, and we traveled to Hatcher Pass and Knik river for their portraits.

If you’re a couple who isn’t loving the traditional wedding thing, and want to make something all your own…I 10/10 recommend eloping in Alaska. It’s the most beautiful experience and the whole day becomes about you in the most beautiful place. It’s freakin’ magical.
