Autumn Engagement Shoot | Alaska Wedding Photographer

Summer is just around the corner here in Alaska, but I’m LOVING the reminder from last Fall of the gorgeous colors we caught during this Autumn Engagement Shoot! Anyone else love summertime but kind of can’t wait for the crisp air and warm colors of Fall? Just me?!

Nick & Kayla couldn’t have asked for a better day at our shoot location around Eagle River & Eklutna Lake. The Fall light hit the mountains and trees just right. We found some rugged driftwood to create an organic background for a few of the shots, and the rocky beach added so much texture to the warm autumn background!

Nick & Kayla are getting married this August at Raven Glacier in Girdwood (a venue I love to photograph!) and I CANT’T WAIT. I love being part of this amazing couple's story and am so stoked that as an Alaska wedding photographer I get the chance to document them in such breathtaking locations!
