I had the time of my life when I got to capture Laney and Owen’s stunning engagement photos on the beach of Girdwood, Alaska. The entire day was a dreamy experience filled with laughter, romance, and the beauty of nature. Girdwood proved to be the perfect place for their photoshoot, providing different beautiful backdrops that were amazing for capturing their love. There was a lush forest, a gorgeous beach area, and tall mountains in the distance. I had the incredible opportunity to capture Laney’s senior photos FOUR years ago! I was like suuuuper pregnant and traipsing around a mountain. LOL. I even got to capture her sister’s senior photos , too. I had no idea that one day I’d receive a text from Laney in August, informing me she had gotten engaged to Owen!!! I was SO excited! Of course, I immediately said yes to photographing their engagement photos on the beach of Girdwood. The day was full of adventures as we traipsed around the inlet and the surrounding forests. Overall, I had such a fun time documenting Laney and Owen in their love-soaked engagement session.
